Shipping Policy
3.1 Delivery Locations
We currently deliver across India. If you need delivery outside India (international shipping), please contact customer support with your request.
3.2 Shipping Charges&Free Shipping
Shipping charges will depend on order value, delivery location and any ongoing promotions. Charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
When we offer free shipping (for example for orders above a certain value), it will be clearly indicated at checkout.
3.3 Order Processing&Dispatch
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once processed, orders are dispatched the same day or the next business day. Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email/SMS/Whatsapp.
3.4 Estimated Delivery Timelines
Metro/Urban areas: approx. 2–5 business days (excluding holidays)
Non-metro/rural areas: approx. 5–10 business days (excluding holidays)
These are estimates — actual delivery may be affected by factors like courier delays, weather, remote location, etc.
3.5 Packaging&Product Freshness
We carefully package all products to ensure safe delivery.
For perishable or sensitive items (e.g. herbal oils, health mixes), we may use protective or insulated packaging to preserve quality during transit.
3.6 Tracking&Delivery Status
Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link to monitor your order’s status.
Courier will make at least two attempts to deliver. If delivery fails due to your unavailability, the courier may contact you. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned.
3.7 Address Accuracy&Undeliverable Orders
Please ensure delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to wrong/incorrect/incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may (a) refund you, or (b) attempt re-delivery — additional shipping charges may apply as per your preference.
3.8 Receiving&Inspecting Your Order
Upon receiving the package, inspect items immediately. If you observe any damage, leakage or discrepancy, notify us within 24 hours.
For perishable/natural items: store them as instructed. We cannot guarantee quality if storage instructions are ignored.

3.10 Changes to Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to modify our Shipping Policy at any time. The revised policy will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes implies acceptance.
4. Refund, Return&Cancellation Policy
4.1 Returns&Refunds
Because many of our products are natural, edible or perishable (e.g. health mixes, oils, herbal powders), we want to maintain hygiene and quality — so we handle returns carefully:
When returns are allowed: Only items that are damaged, defective, or received incorrectly (wrong item / quantity) are eligible for return.
Condition for return: Product must be unused, sealed, with original packaging intact.
Reporting issues: You must inform us of any damage, defects or discrepancies within 24 hours of delivery — include order number, photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Refund method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit (as per item and your preference).
Return shipping charges: If return is due to our error (damage, wrong item), we bear return shipping costs. If return is due to change of mind, the customer may bear return shipping (if we accept such returns; please check product eligibility).
4.2 Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may instead initiate a return/ refund following our Return Policy (if the item and situation qualify).
To cancel an order, contact Customer Support via email/phone/WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible.
